Y'lan Noel is an American actor. Born on 19 August 1988 in Brooklyn, New York, he was raised in Queens and later Decatur, Georgia. He is of Afro-Panamanian descent. He began his studies at Morehouse College before transferring to New York University, where he earned a BFA from the Tisch School of the Arts.

Noel is known for portraying Daniel King in the HBO series *Insecure* (2016–2018) and Dmitri Cimber in the film *The First Purge* (2018). He played Ferdie Platt in the Apple TV+ limited series *Lady in the Lake* (2024) and Coltrane Wilder in *Nemesis* (2026). For his voice role as Troy Marshall in the video game *Call of Duty: Black Ops 6*, he received a nomination for the British Academy Games Award for Performer in a Leading Role.
