Yoichi Kuroda, also credited as Yôichi Kuroda or Youichi Kuroda and in Japanese as 黒田 洋一, is a cinematographer and photography director in Japanese animation. He is credited as cinematographer on the television series *Neon Genesis Evangelion* (1995).

He has worked in photography or as camera operator on numerous anime productions, including *My Neighbor Totoro* (1988), *Only Yesterday* (1991), *Ghost in the Shell* (1995), *Perfect Blue* (1997), and films in the *Dragon Ball* and *Armitage III* series. Many of his credits are associated with Studio Cosmos.
