Zac Manuel is a cinematographer and director from New Orleans, Louisiana. His cinematography credits include *Time* (2020), directed by Garrett Bradley, as well as *Buckjumping* (2018), for which he received the Best Cinematography award for a Louisiana feature at the New Orleans Film Festival, *Descendant* (2022) and *I Am Vanessa Guillen* (2022).

Manuel also directs short documentaries and music videos that have screened at festivals including Sundance. He is the son of a touring jazz musician and a community builder at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and has received grants and fellowships from organisations including Tribeca and IFP.
