## Biography

Zhou Yun is a Chinese actress. She graduated from the Central Academy of Drama in 2000 and began her screen career with an uncredited role in the film *Love Season* that year.

She has appeared in films including *Warriors of Heaven and Earth* (2003) as Jue Hui, *The Sun Also Rises* (2007), *Bodyguards and Assassins* (2009) as Chun, *Let the Bullets Fly* (2010) as Hua Jie, *Gone with the Bullets* (2014), *The Assassin* (2015) as Lady Tian Yuan / Jingjinger, and *Hidden Man* (2018) as Guan Qiaohong. She has frequently collaborated with director and actor Jiang Wen, whom she married in 2005. She also works as a producer.

For her performance in *The Assassin*, Zhou won the Best Supporting Actress award at the 10th Asian Film Awards.
