## Biography

Zoanne Clack is an American television writer, producer and story editor, also known as Zoanne Arnette. She trained in communication studies and neurobiology at Northwestern University, followed by medical school at UT Southwestern, a residency in emergency medicine at Emory University and a Master of Public Health at the Rollins School of Public Health. She worked with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention before moving into television.

Clack began her television career as a staff writer on *Presidio Med* (2003) and as a medical advisor on *ER*. She joined *Grey's Anatomy* in 2005 as a writer and story editor, later becoming a producer and executive producer while also serving as a medical advisor. She later worked on the spin-off *Station 19* (2018) as a writer, executive producer and, from 2022, head writer and co-showrunner for its final season.
