Zoe Jarman is an American actress, comedian and writer. She is known for her main roles as Poppy in the ABC Family series *Huge* (2010) and Betsy Putch in the first two seasons of *The Mindy Project* (2012–2014). She has also made guest appearances on *The Office* (2010), *Modern Family* (2012) and *Greek* (2008).

Jarman is a regular performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles, where she has staged multiple one-woman shows. She has written for television series including *Master of None* (2015), *Workaholics* and *One Mississippi*.
