- Every image on Fi1m is recorded with its source and licence. If you believe we are using something we shouldn't, tell us and it comes down within one working day while we look. rights@film.one
- Members and accounts
- Sign-in trouble, billing, deleting your account, downloading your data. help@film.one. Most of this you can also do yourself under Account.
- API and partnerships
- Our reviews, scores and availability data are available through the Fi1m API, with a free tier for non-commercial use. api@film.one
- Privacy
- Questions about your data, or to exercise a right under the UK GDPR. privacy@film.one. Our privacy policy sets out what we hold and why.

What we don't do
We don't accept payment for reviews, coverage or placement, and we don't take advertising, so there is no one to write to about either. We don't publish guest posts. We don't sell or share our members' email addresses, and we're not going to start.
