Biography
Darrell D'Silva is a British actor. He was born in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and trained at the Drama Centre London. Before acting he was a musician in the 1980s Sheffield scene, playing with The Anti-Group and Hula.
D'Silva joined the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1996 and became an associate artist in 2011. He has appeared in numerous RSC productions and has also worked at the Royal National Theatre.
His screen credits include the role of Rene in Medusa Deluxe (2022), Mike in Wrath of Man (2021), an Ironborn in Game of Thrones (2016), and Hendrik Davie in the series Van der Valk (2020–2024). He has also appeared in Atlanta (2022), Northmen: A Viking Saga (2014) and Dirty Pretty Things (2002).
