Biography
Adam Demos is an Australian actor. He was born on 24 May 1985 in Wollongong, New South Wales, and trained at the Screenwise Film & TV Acting School in Sydney.
He began his career in Australian television, appearing in series including Home and Away (2009), Underbelly (2010) and Janet King (2017) as Nate Baldwin. Demos gained wider recognition for his roles as August Walker in UnREAL (2018) and Brad Simon in the Netflix series Sex/Life (2021–2023). His film credits include Falling Inn Love (2019) as Jake Taylor, A Perfect Pairing (2022) as Max, and Spa Weekend (2026) as Kai. He has also appeared in Rescue: HI-Surf (2024) as Will Ready and Queen of the Ring (2025) as Gorgeous George.
