Biography
Adam Frost, born Adam Nicholas Frost, is a Canadian writer, actor and producer. He began his career as an actor, appearing in series including Emily of New Moon (2000) and The Mountain (2004), and films such as The Secret Pact (1999) and Extreme Movie (2008).
Frost later moved into writing and producing. He contributed as a writer, story editor and teleplay writer on the ABC series Castle (2009) across multiple seasons, and has worked on the crime drama Tribal (2020–2021) as writer and co-executive producer.
