Biography
Adam J. Karp is a writer whose credits include work on the television series Once Upon a Time (2011). He served as a writer and executive story editor on 22 episodes of its seventh season (2017–2018).
Karp began his career in additional crew roles, including as a staff assistant on the 2002 film Minority Report and as an assistant on episodes of Battlestar Galactica and Friday Night Lights. He worked as a writer's assistant on In Plain Sight in 2010 before writing the 2011 television film Morlocks. He later wrote an episode of Teen Wolf (2017) and episodes of Freakish (2017), and has a story credit on the 2026 film Swapped. In 2012 he received the Humanitas Prize New Voices Award.
