Biography
Adam Lorenzo is a television and feature film writer and producer. His credits include writing for the Emmy-winning series Everybody Loves Raymond (2004) and the Emmy-nominated Everybody Hates Chris (2006–2009), on which he also served as executive story editor. He is noted as the only writer to have worked on both programmes.
Lorenzo began his career by submitting jokes to David Letterman, which led to a writing position on The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn (1999) and his move to Los Angeles. He has written for other series including Complete Savages (2004), Twins (2005) and Are We There Yet? (2010–2012).
A published author, Lorenzo made his feature film debut with the romantic comedy The Breakup Pill, completed in 2025 and marking Tom Arnold’s directorial debut.
