Biography
Adrienne Ciuffo is a writer and producer of documentary films and television programmes. She has contributed to several Discovery Channel projects, serving as series writer and producer on the mini-series Planet of Life (1994–1995) and as writer and producer on episodes of Shark Week (1998).
Ciuffo produced Werner Herzog's documentary Cave of Forgotten Dreams (2010), about the prehistoric paintings in the Chauvet Cave in France. She has also written and produced television films including Raising the Mammoth (2000), Land of the Mammoth (2001) and Waking the Baby Mammoth (2009). She has received Emmy nominations for her work.
