Biography
Alan Trong is an American actor, also credited as Alan Nguyen. He was born and raised in Seattle and studied psychology at Texas State University.
Trong's screen credits include Kumaza in Alita: Battle Angel (2019), Lt. Tran in The Tomorrow War (2021), Chris in To Leslie (2022), Sam in Insecure (2021) and Sonny in the series The Sympathizer (2024). He has also appeared in episodes of NCIS: Los Angeles, Daybreak and Animal Kingdom.
On stage, Trong made his Broadway debut in 2024 as Captain Horster in a revival of An Enemy of the People.
