Biography
Albert Pintó is a Spanish director, producer and writer. He was born on 28 October 1985 in Terrassa, Barcelona, Catalonia, and graduated from the Escola de Cinema i Audiovisual de Catalunya (ESCAC).
Pintó has directed episodes of the Netflix series Money Heist (2017), Sky Rojo (2021) and Berlin (2023). His feature film credits include 32 Malasana Street (2020) and Nowhere (2023). He has also directed Killing God (2017), for which he received a writing credit, and segments of the anthology Asylum: Twisted Horror and Fantasy Tales (2020). Upcoming projects include Barren Land (2025) and Berlin and the Lady with an Ermine (2026). According to IMDb, he has received 11 wins and three nominations for his work.
