Albert Popwell (15 July 1926 – 9 April 1999) was an American actor and dancer. Born in New York City to South American and West Indian parents, he began his career as a professional dancer and made his Broadway debut at the age of 16 in The Pirate (1942). He appeared in further Broadway productions including Mr. Wonderful and Golden Boy.

Popwell is best known for appearing alongside Clint Eastwood in five films, beginning with Coogan's Bluff (1968) and continuing through the first four Dirty Harry films, playing a different character in each: the bank robber in Dirty Harry (1971), a pimp in Magnum Force (1973), Mustapha in The Enforcer (1976), and Horace King in Sudden Impact (1983). He also featured in the Cleopatra Jones films (1973 and 1975) and in television series including The A-Team (1983) as Digger and Magnum, P.I. (1980) as David Crawford. He died in Los Angeles from complications following surgery.
