Biography
Aldo Nadi (1899–1965) was an Italian fencer who appeared in a small number of films. Born in Livorno, he competed successfully at the 1920 Olympics, winning three team gold medals and an individual silver in sabre alongside his brother Nedo. He turned professional after the Games and later moved to the United States in 1935.

He played Renard's Bodyguard in To Have and Have Not (1944) and had an earlier acting role as François de Baynes in the French film Le Tournoi dans la cité (1928). He worked as a fencing coordinator or technical advisor on several Hollywood productions, including Frenchman's Creek (1944) and The Mississippi Gambler (1953).
