Biography
Alejandro Bazzano is a director of film and television series. Born in Havana, Cuba, on 13 October 1963, he studied architecture in Uruguay before training at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión de San Antonio de los Baños in Cuba, graduating in 1990.
He began his career with the documentary Atahualpa, Pájaro de la Dicha (1993) and the fiction film Subterráneos (1996). Bazzano has directed numerous Spanish-language television series, including episodes of Money Heist (2017), Physics or Chemistry (2008), Paco's Men (2005), Mar de Plástico (2015–2016), Victim Number 8 (2018) and Inés of My Soul (2020). He has also worked as a producer and appeared as an actor.
