Biography
Álex Rodrigo is a Spanish director and screenwriter. Born in Zaragoza in 1988, he moved to Madrid at 18 to study Audiovisual Communication at the Complutense University of Madrid. He began his career directing web series, including Libres (2012–2013) and El Partido (2014–2015).
Rodrigo directed episodes of Locked Up (2015–2016), Money Heist (2017–2021), The Pier (2019–2020) and Veneno (2020). He created, wrote and directed El Último Show (2019–2020). He has also worked as a composer and music video director.
