Biography
Alex White is an Australian film producer and founder of Whitefalk Films. She began her career with roles including producer’s attachment and assistant to producer Nicole O’Donohue on Griff the Invisible, later working with executive producer Jan Chapman. She produced several short films, including Trespass (2016) and Florence Has Left the Building (2014).
White’s debut feature as producer was Babyteeth (2019), directed by Shannon Murphy and executive produced by Jan Chapman. The film premiered in competition at the Venice International Film Festival and won the AACTA Award for Best Film. She served as associate producer on The Daughter (2015) and joined Causeway Films as development producer in 2020. Subsequent credits include development producer on Talk to Me (2022) and co-producer on The Moogai (2024).
