Biography
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is an American politician and activist who has appeared in documentaries and television programmes as herself. Born in 1989 in The Bronx, New York City, she first gained national attention in 2018 as the Democratic nominee for New York's 14th congressional district.
Her film and television credits include Fahrenheit 11/9 (2018), Knock Down the House (2019), History 101 (2020), Money, Explained (2021) and Dumb Money (2023), typically as Self or using archive footage. She has also featured in series such as RuPaul's Drag Race.
