Biography
Alfonso H. Moreno is a television writer and producer. His writing credits include episodes of The Practice (1997), The Guardian (2001), NCIS (2003), The Glades (2010) and Drop Dead Diva (2009). He also served as a producer or supervising producer on The Guardian and NCIS.
Moreno created the series When Hope Calls (2019), on which he has written and served as executive producer. He has written for and produced episodes of the related series When Calls the Heart, and created the spin-off Hope Valley: 1874 (2026). Other writing credits include Five Star Christmas (2020) and Blessings of Christmas (2023).
