Biography
Amber Tornquist Hollinger is an American animation director and storyboard artist. She has worked in the industry for over twenty years, primarily with Disney Television Animation and Warner Bros., and is credited under the names Amber Tornquist DeForest and Amber Hollinger.
She began as a storyboard artist and layout artist on series including Hey Arnold!, Timon & Pumbaa and 101 Dalmatians: The Series, and contributed storyboards to the direct-to-video features The Lion King 1½ (2004) and The Fox and the Hound 2 (2006). She later moved into directing, with credits including episodes of Stillwater (2020–2022), Hamster & Gretel (2022–2023) and the revived Phineas and Ferb (from 2025).
Hollinger has received Emmy and Peabody awards for her directing and an Annie Award nomination.
