Biography
Amirah J, also credited as Amirah Johnson, is an American actress from Washington, D.C. She began acting professionally as a child and has appeared in television series and short films.
She is known for playing Xan Galvez in season nine of the Showtime series Shameless (2018–2019) and Ava Sinquerra (also credited as Ava Gillory) in the ABC series High Potential (2024–). She has also appeared in the short film How Not to Be a Junkie (2022) as Katie.
In addition to acting, she has competed as a cheerleader.
