Biography
Amit Gupta is a director and writer. His television directing credits include four episodes of His Dark Materials (2022), three episodes of We Were the Lucky Ones (2024), and two episodes of Dark Matter (2024–). He has also directed episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender (2024).
Earlier work includes directing and writing the feature film Resistance (2011) and the shorts Love Story (2007) and Shotgun Wedding (2001). He has additionally served as executive producer on We Were the Lucky Ones and consulting producer on His Dark Materials.
