Biography
Andrée Feix (15 February 1912 – 15 April 1987) was a French film editor and director. She worked extensively as an editor from the 1930s onwards and also served as an assistant director and script supervisor on several productions.
She is credited as editor on Black Orpheus (1959), directed by her husband Marcel Camus, and on Atlantic Wall (1970, credited as Andrée Camuseix). Other editing credits include Le chant du monde (1965) and various television series. In the mid-1940s she directed two feature films, making her debut with the comedy Once is Enough (1946) and following it with Captain Blomet (1947).
