Biography
Andrew Barnett Jones is a British television writer. He frequently collaborates with Ciaran Murtagh. In 2002 the pair formed the comedy theatre company The Black Sheep.
Jones has written for numerous animated series. His credits include episodes of The Amazing World of Gumball (seasons 4–6), Mr. Bean: The Animated Series (where he also served as script editor and head writer on later series), Numberblocks, Danger Mouse and Shaun the Sheep.
As part of writing teams he has received a BAFTA Children’s Award for The Amazing World of Gumball and a British Animation Award for an episode of Counterfeit Cat.
