Biography
Andrew Gurland is an American writer, director and producer. He attended New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
His early feature work includes co-directing the documentary Frat House (1998) with Todd Phillips. He wrote and directed the mockumentary Mail Order Wife (2004) and co-wrote and co-directed The Virginity Hit (2010). He also co-wrote The Last Exorcism (2010).
In television, Gurland created and executive-produced the FX series Married (2014–2015). He has held writing and producing roles on Friends from College (2017), Reboot (2022) and Platonic (2023), where he is credited as writer and co-executive producer.
