Biography
Andrew S. Wilder is an American television writer and producer. He studied at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, where he received the Jack Nicholson Award for excellence in screenwriting in 1996. He wrote six feature scripts for major studios before moving into television.
Wilder joined the writing staff of Criminal Minds (2005) before its debut, serving as a writer, story editor and producer across its first four seasons. He later wrote episodes of series including The Following (2013), Those Who Kill (2014), Legends (2014), Secrets and Lies (2015), The Flash (2014), The Mist (2017), FBI (2018) and Devil in Ohio (2022), often also working as a producer. He wrote and directed the short film The Orphan King.
