Biography
Andy Wolton is a British writer and stand-up comedian. He created and wrote the Apple TV+ series Trying (2020–), in which he also served as executive producer. The relationship comedy stars Esther Smith and Rafe Spall.
His other television credits include writing an episode of The Amazing World of Gumball (2015), creating and writing The Coopers vs the Rest (2016), and contributing to panel shows such as The Now Show and The News Quiz. He has also worked as a storyline editor on Lookalikes (2016).
