Biography
Anna Hagen is an American television writer, story editor and producer. She is known for her work on the Netflix series The Diplomat (2023–), where she has written episodes, provided teleplays, served as executive story editor and associate producer.
Hagen graduated from Harvard University in 2015 with a degree in English, having directed plays and studied fiction. She was awarded a Marshall Scholarship the same year. She began her industry career as an executive assistant on projects including Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman (2019), Ava DuVernay’s When They See Us (2019) and The Good House (2021).
