Biography
Arash Marandi is a German actor. Born in Tehran in 1984, he grew up in Germany and trained at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg between 2007 and 2011.
He is known for his roles as Arash in A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night (2014), Dr. Reza in Under the Shadow (2016), Babak in Tehran Taboo (2017) and Ali in the series Tehran (2020). Marandi has appeared in numerous German television productions and lives in Berlin.
