Biography
Asan N'Jie is a British actor. He made his screen debut in Waterloo Road (2011) and trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, graduating in 2015 after receiving the John Gielgud Scholarship. While studying he performed in the Sam Wanamaker Festival at Shakespeare's Globe.
His television credits include a regular role as Ellis Chapman in Emmerdale (2018–2019), appearances in Vera (2018), Agatha Raisin (2018), Industry (2022) and Bloodlands (2021). Film roles include the hotel waiter in Murder on the Orient Express (2017), Sixer #5 in Ready Player One (2018), the army jeep driver in The Shepherd (2023) and Tom in Giant (2025).
