Biography
Azra is an Indian actress. She made her screen debut as Chandra in the 1957 film Mother India, directed by Mehboob Khan.
Daughter of actress Sarojini and producer-director Nanubhai Vakil, she was born on 21 September in Bombay. She appeared in supporting and character roles in films including Love in Simla (1960), Gunga Jumna (1961), Junglee (1961) and Pocket Maar (1974). She left the industry after her marriage.
