Biography
Bartek Cierlica, also credited as Bartłomiej Cierlica, is a Polish cinematographer born on 22 October 1979 in Warsaw. He trained at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU) in Prague and the Cinematography Faculty of the Łódź Film School.
Cierlica is known for his work as director of photography on the Netflix films 365 Days (2020) and its sequels 365 Days: This Day (2022) and The Next 365 Days (2022). His other credits include How I Became a Gangster (2019), How I Fell in Love with a Gangster (2022), Heaven in Hell (2023), Kleks Academy (2023) and Boxer (2024). He is a member of the Polish Society of Cinematographers (PSC). His short film Grobari (2008) received several festival awards.
