Biography
Ben Blacker is a writer for television, stage, comics and podcasts. With his frequent writing partner Ben Acker, he created The Thrilling Adventure Hour, a live stage show performed in the style of 1940s radio that ran monthly in Los Angeles for ten years from 2005 and was later released as a podcast.
He has written episodes for the series Supernatural (2011), Supah Ninjas (2011) and The Adventures of Puss in Boots (2015–2016). Blacker created the DC Vertigo comic series Hex Wives and, with Acker, co-authored the Star Wars: Join the Resistance series of young adult novels. He hosts the podcast The Writers Panel.
