Biography
Bertha Moss, also credited as Berta Moss, was an Argentine actress of stage, film and television. Born Juana Bertha Moscovich Holm on 7 August 1919 in Buenos Aires, she began her career in Argentina before moving to Mexico in 1959.
She appeared in the telenovela El precio del cielo that year and made her first Mexican film, The Exterminating Angel (1962), directed by Luis Buñuel, in which she played Leonora. Moss became known for roles in Mexican telenovelas, including Los parientes pobres (1993) as Tía Brígida, and continued working until the early 2000s.
She died on 4 February 2008 in Buenos Aires.
