Biography
Bill Haynes is a television writer and producer. He began his career in law enforcement as a criminalist with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office, working in the narcotics and forensic biology divisions.
Haynes joined the production of CSI: NY (2004) as a technical consultant in its first season and later served as technical advisor, co-producer and producer while writing fifteen episodes across eight seasons. He left the series in 2012 to join the writing staff of Hawaii Five-0 (2010), where he contributed as writer and supervising producer on multiple episodes.
