Biography
Bill Kelly is an American screenwriter. Born in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, he has a background in television production and journalism.
His screenwriting credits include Enchanted (2007), Premonition (2007) and the story and screenplay for Blast from the Past (1999). He created characters for the sequel Disenchanted (2022).
