Biography
Blair McClendon is a film editor. He edited Kitty Green's The Assistant (2019) and Charlotte Wells's Aftersun (2022). He also edited The Last Showgirl (2024) and the documentary Union (2024).
McClendon is based in New York. His editing work has screened at festivals including Sundance, Cannes, Tribeca and TIFF. He is also a writer whose criticism and essays have appeared in n+1, The New Republic and The New York Times Magazine.
