Biography
Bogusław Linda is a Polish actor. He was born on 27 June 1952 in Toruń and graduated from the Ludwik Solski Academy for the Dramatic Arts in Kraków in 1975. He began his career in theatre, appearing at the Stary Teatr in Kraków and later at theatres in Wrocław and Warsaw.
His early film roles include Dzidek in Andrzej Wajda's Man of Iron (1981), Witek Długosz in Krzysztof Kieślowski's Blind Chance (1981) and Antoine de Saint-Just in Wajda's Danton (1983). He is also known for playing Wojtek in Decalogue VII (1989), Franz Maurer in The Pigs (1992) and Władysław Strzemiński in Afterimage (2016). Linda co-founded and lectures at the Warsaw Film School.
