Biography
Brando Benetton is an Italian filmmaker who works as a director and writer. Born in Paris in 1992 and raised in Italy, he graduated from Ithaca College in 2015 and later earned an MFA from the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
He directed and wrote several short films, including the spy thriller Nightfire (2016), which premiered on Amazon Prime and Tubi after a SeriesFest nomination. His feature directorial debut, the crime thriller The Girl in the River (2026), which he also wrote, stars Tiffany Haddish, Devon Sawa, Maggie Grace and Ralph Macchio and was released by Samuel Goldwyn Films.
