Biography
Brian McEntee is a production designer and art director who has worked primarily in animation. He received a production design credit on the 2002 film Ice Age and art direction credits on Beauty and the Beast (1991) and Cats Don't Dance (1997). He also contributed to story and screen story on Cats Don't Dance and The Brave Little Toaster (1987).
McEntee trained at CalArts before beginning his career at Disney. He later worked at Blue Sky Studios on the first Ice Age film. He has additional credits as a layout artist, character designer and storyboard artist on various animated features and shorts, and has worked as an animator on later Pixar productions including Brave (2012) and Incredibles 2 (2018). McEntee is also a novelist.
