Biography
Bryan Q. Miller is an American television and comic book writer. He began his career on the CW series Smallville as an unpaid intern during season five, later serving as a writers' assistant and, after completing the WB Writers' Workshop, as staff writer from season eight. He rose to executive story editor before the series concluded in 2011, contributing as writer or teleplay author on nine episodes.
Through his work on Smallville, Miller met comic writer Geoff Johns and subsequently wrote for DC Comics, including a three-issue arc on Teen Titans and the relaunched Batgirl series (2009–2011) featuring Stephanie Brown. He also wrote the Smallville Season 11 comic continuation. His other television writing credits include episodes of Arrow, The Flash, Sleepy Hollow, Defiance and Dominion, and he has worked as a producer and story editor on series such as Shadowhunters and He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
