Biography
Carol Warren is an actress. She appeared as Carol in John Cassavetes's The Killing of a Chinese Bookie (1976) and as Carla in his Opening Night (1977). She also had a role in The All American Hustler (1972).
Her two credits for Cassavetes were made consecutively. In the first she played a dancer; in the second, a stage actress.
