Biography
Cathy Yuspa is an American screenwriter and producer. She has collaborated extensively with her husband Josh Goldsmith, whom she met while attending the USC School of Cinema-Television. She graduated from Stanford University in 1992.
Yuspa and Goldsmith wrote the screenplay for the romantic comedy 13 Going on 30 (2004), starring Jennifer Garner. Their other credits include the story and screenplay for What Women Want (2000) and multiple episodes of the television series The King of Queens (1998–2007), on which they also served as producers. They received story credit on the 2019 film What Men Want.
Yuspa and Goldsmith are adapting 13 Going on 30 for the stage as a musical, with a workshop held in London in 2023 and further productions planned.
