Biography
Ceci Balagot is an American actor. Born on 2 April 2001 in Long Beach, California, Balagot began acting, singing and dancing as a toddler and graduated from the Orange County School of the Arts in 2019 after studying in its Musical Theatre Conservatory.
Balagot is known for the recurring role of Isadora Smackle in the Disney Channel series Girl Meets World (2014–2017). Other credits include Grace Sanchez in Desperate Housewives (2010), Jenny Mode in ER (2008), Clara in Dispatches from Elsewhere (2020), and Frankie Stein in Monster High: The Movie (2022) and its 2023 sequel. Balagot uses he/they pronouns and came out as transgender in March 2021.
