Biography
Celine Held is an American and British director and writer. She studied at New York University and frequently collaborates with her partner Logan George on films and television projects.
Her feature directorial credits include Topside (2020), which she co-directed with George and which premiered at the Venice Film Festival, and Caddo Lake (2024), which she co-directed and co-wrote. She has directed episodes of the series Servant (2019), Modern Love (2019) and Dark Matter (2024).
Held's short films, several made with George, include Mouse (2017), Lockdown (2019) and Caroline (2018), the last of which was nominated for the Short Film Palme d'Or at Cannes.
