Biography
César Lerner is an Argentine composer, pianist, accordionist and percussionist. Born in 1960 in Buenos Aires, he has written scores for numerous Argentine films, including Nine Queens (2000), Esperando al mesías (2000), Lost Embrace (2004) and Family Law (2006).
He is a cofounder of the klezmer duo Lerner-Moguilevsky and has composed for television and theatre. Lerner has received awards and nominations including a Cóndor de Plata for Esperando al mesías and recognition for his work on documentaries.
