Biography
Chap Taylor is a screenwriter and producer. He wrote the story and co-wrote the screenplay for the 2002 Paramount film Changing Lanes, alongside Michael Tolkin. He later served as consulting producer on the NBC series The Blacklist (2016–2017) and wrote two episodes.
His early credits include uncredited script revisions on films such as National Treasure (2004), Behind Enemy Lines (2001) and the 2006 remake of The Omen. He began in production roles, working as a production assistant on several 1990s features. Taylor has developed projects for studios including Paramount and Miramax, and created the comic book series Haunted City.
